How do we define the word 'SET'.  
A 'SET' has enough bushings to do the left and right sides of vehicle.
Control arm bushing sets will also include lower & upper positions, if required.

Honda Prelude Motor Mount Inserts
Designed to provide improved performance by eliminating excess engine movement, resulting in unwanted wheel hop due to inferior stock rubber motor mounts.
Like all ENERGY SUSPENSION Hyper-Flex polyurethane components, they are impervious to vehicle fluids, road salt and oils (unlike O.E.M. rubber). ENERGY'S two piece support insert is designed to be used in conjunction with the original stock motor mount isolator.
The benefit of this insert design is additional strength and toughness, thanks to polyurethane support for the existing rubber part.
This quick solution is easy to install and just as simple to remove and return the mount to stock configuration, is so desired.

A  note about motormount sets:  These sets were designed to be performance upgrade parts for your existing motormount.  They are not designed to replace your motormount.  They are designed to decrease the flexing movement of the inner rubber of the existing motormount, by filling the void areas or open areas of the rubber in the motormount.  This is why they are called 'INSERTS'.  It does not mean that they replace the rubber in the motormount.  The intended use of the inserts was to reduce flexing of the motormount and therefore decrease the rocking motion of the engine.  The rocking motion of the engine was found to be related to the problem of wheel hop when the car is accelerated agressively(drag raced).  So the insert part was designed to help people who wanted to drag race.  Someone later, noticed that if you install a motormount insert into a rubber motormount that has one of it's fingers broken, the motormount insert could in some instances 'repair' the mount.  This was not the intention of the motormount insert designers.

We are giving this measurement, because this is how Energy Suspension has chosen to give us the weight of each part number.
1 Pound(lb.or #) = 16 ounces(oz.) divided by 10 = 1.6 oz.  
This is not the shipping weight, just the weight of the part.  
To estimate your shipping cost, you should round up to the next pound and usually add about a pound for shipping weight.  
When we ship via UPS(United Parcel Service) we have to round up to the next pound.
  UPS does not accept ounce weight, or increments of tenths.  
We will always weigh your order on an electronic scale and charge you for the exact weight, rounded up to the next pound.  
For USPS(United States Postal Service) shipping we also round up to the next pound.

The prices in the table below represent the cost of shipping a package from our warehouse in
Modesto, California to a residential address in Maine, the furthest point from CA.
UPS will charge extra for some rural addresses.
If your address is in a zone west of the east coast zone(Maine to Florida), say in the Midwest or on the West Coast, your shipping cost will be less.
Of course Alaska & Hawaii are exceptions, call us for the rates.
When UPS charges us less to ship to your address, we will charge you less.
If they charge us more than is on the chart below, we charge you more.
We charge you the exact cost of shipping.

2. Put the weight and your address into the UPS shipping computer

Every countries Customs authorities require us to declare the parts we sell to you as merchandise. 
We are required to send a commercial invoice that lists the value of each part ordered.
We will charge you for the value of the parts plus the cost of shipping to you.
We will not show a reduced price on the invoice or declare the parts as gifts or samples.
 You are responsible for all of your countries duties and taxes.
If you want an estimate of the cost of shipping:
1. Add up the total weight of the parts you want to order(the weight is under every part number),
add 1 pound for packaging material.
