The entire Energy Suspension, and AirLift catalog is online, including prices. We are also a Prothane distributor. We continuously update the web site, it is a very important part of our business. Email is answered every week day. Often several times a day.
We have sold Energy Suspension products since about 1979, longer than anyone else. In fact, the first part numbers that Energy Suspension developed, were sway bar bushings for sway bars that our former company(Stam-bar Stabilizers) used to make. They started adding graphite to the black sway bar bushings because we complained about bushings that squeaked. We sell the sets that Energy Suspension makes, plus we can sell any individual part number in bulk. We stock every Performance part number that Energy Suspension manufactures, and can normally ship your parts the same day. It is normal for Energy Suspension to take 3-4 weeks to ship orders to us, that is another reason for us to always have every part number in stock.
We noticed several
years ago that no one stocked all of the available
polyurethane suspension bushings. So we built our inventory
to handle any order you could ask for. It is typical for
us to have at least a quantity of 4 sets of every part number. Some part
numbers we have 100 or more in stock. Plus, we offer these bushings
at a discount. We have drawn the line so far, at stocking mostly black
graphite-impregnated bushings, although we do have bump stops, tie-rod end
boots and ball joint boots in red. Of
course, we will be glad to order any bushing in the color red.
If there
is a new polyurethane suspension bushing available, we will probably have
it first. It is common for Energy Suspension
to announce new part numbers on their web site, but not actually produce
them for 2-3 months. We do not usually list a part number on our site
until we actually have it in our inventory. If a part number is listed
with a (?) where the price should be, it is because we do not actually have
that part in stock.
Energy Suspension will not sell to Retail or
Jobber customers, nor do they want to drop ship to your address.
We have a unique relationship with Energy Suspension that allows us to order any
individual part number, from any set that E.S. makes, in any quantity we want.
We refer to this as 'Bulk' parts ordering. So, if you are manufacturing
something that could use a part that E.S. makes, we can order just the part
number you want without making you purchase the complete set. If you
have questions about unique bushings, call us, we have more experience with Energy Suspension
parts and products, than anyone.
Our AirLift
catalog has all the available applications, part numbers and prices.
The prices listed are 20% off the list price. We have had to institute
a flat shipping and handling charge because of the way the AirLift
products are shipped to you. We have and agreement with AirLift
that says we do not stock any of their product. When you order from
Suspension Restoration Parts Co., we fax the order to
AirLift, they check over the order to be sure everything is correct,
then they determine which one of their 5 warehouses in the USA and Canada
will be the best to ship to your address the fastest. Usually they
can deliver an AirLift product to your door within 2-4 days. This
assures you of the freshest merchandise and fastest delivery.
We do business
the old-fashioned way, we believe in taking care of the customer.
If you have a problem with the bushings you buy from us, we will ask
you, how you want us to take care of the problem, instead of
telling you what we will do. We seldom have to deal with problems
like this because we try to ask you questions about the application and
do not pressure sell anything. Some might call this simply order taking,
we see it as selling only what the customer wants.
We will not gather the parts and put them into a box to
obtain the EXACT cost, unless we have a firm order from you with a credit card
to pay for the order. This would be to
time consuming and just busy work for our shipping department staff.
We have put the weight of each part on our website. You
can add up the weight of each part number, and then with this total weight you
can go to the USPS website link we have provided on each of our web pages, and
compare the cost of the available USPS delivery options, to estimate what your
shipping cost will be. You should add
1-2 pounds for packing materials. Always
round up to the next nearest pound, as we ignore ounce measurements. We have found that it is impossible for our
measured weight to equal the weight that the postal service tells us the
package weighs.
You will have to trust us to only charge you exactly what
the postal service charges us. We are
not interested in profiting from shipping charges.
When you are prepared to purchase and we receive your
order, then and only then will we:
1) Gather the parts in our ware house
2) Package the parts
3) Weigh the parts and packaging to determine shipping
weight
4) Check the USPS website for the cost of shipping to
your country at the weight of the now packaged order. The weight of your package is rounded up to
the next nearest pound. We do not
attempt to define the weight in ounces.
5) We then charge your credit card.
6) The postal service picks up your package every day at approximately 10:30 AM.
As to payment, we accept Visa, master card, Discover and
American Express. Or you can send us
money order in US funds. We will
estimate the cost of shipping and add a couple of dollars to cover any shortage
of the true cost of shipping. We then
return to you any change that is owned to you, in US funds of course.
If you pay with a credit card, we need:
Your name as
it appears on the credit card.
The billing
address of the credit card.
Your phone
number
The credit
card number and expiration date.
The 3 digit
CVV2 security code on the back of the credit card.
You may email this information in 2 or 3 different
emails, if you are concerned about the security of your credit card number as
it is transmitted via email. Some people
will send 1/2 of the credit card number in one email and the second half with
the second email. Or you can send us a
fax with your order information.
We ship
overseas orders every weekday. You are responsible for all of
your countries taxes and duties. We will not ship orders overseas
as a 'Gift', so you can avoid paying customs duties and taxes.
We would like to include products from other companies in the future-especially unique suspension parts that are difficult to find or are made by small companies on the cutting edge of suspension design. Call us if you have such a product developed.
