AIR LIFT LIMITED WARRANTY PROGRAM  
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our product.  Our people take great care to be sure that your kit is packed complete, and that it fits your vehicle correctly.  Nevertheless, sometime there is a problem.  To save you time and money, we suggest that you follow these procedures if you need assistance:
CALL AIR LIFT FIRST (1-800-248-0892) IF:

  • Parts are missing from the kit.
  • Need technical assistance on installation or operation.
  • Broken or defective parts in the kit.
  • Wrong parts in the kit.
  • Have a warranty claim or question.

    • CONTACT THE RETAILER WHERE YOU PURCHASED THE KIT, IF:

  • You want to return or exchange the kit for any reason.
  • You have a problem with price.
  • You have a problem with shipping if shipped to you from the retailer.

    • Air Lift Company, warrants the listed products for the listed time periods to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects or wear-out when used on cars, vans, light trucks and motor\homes under normal operation conditions.  The warranty does not apply to products which have been improperly applied, installed or maintained in accordance with installation instructions furnished with all Air Lift products.  The consumer will be responsible for removing the defective product from the vehicle and returning it, transportation costs prepaid, to the dealer from which it was purchased or to Air Lift Company for verification.  Returns to Air Lift can be sent to:  Air Lift Company, 2710 Snow Road, Lansing, MI. 48917.  Air Lift will without charge repair or replace, at its option, defective products or components.  These items will be returned with transportation costs prepaid within the U.S.  Before returning any defective product, you must call AirLift(800)248-0892 US and Canada for an RGA(Returned Goods Authorization) number.  Product failures resulting from abnormal use or misuses are excluded from this warranty.  The loss of use of the product, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages are not covered.  Air Lift Company reserves the right to change the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warrant lasts or allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.  The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you .  There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face here of.  Seller disclaims the implied warranty of merchantability.

    The products and time periods under this warranty are as follows:
    1.  AIR LIFT 1000 - Lifetime limited warranty.
    2.  AIR LIFT SUPER DUTY - One year limited warranty.
    3.  RIDE CONTROL and SLAMAIR - One year limited warranty.
    4.  LOAD CONTROLLER 1 SYSTEMS (All Models) - One year limited warranty.
    5.  LOAD CONTROLLER 2 SYSTEMS - One year limited warranty.
    6.  OTHER ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - One year limited warranty.
     

    LOW PRESSURE SENSOR EXTENDED WARRANTY Any Air Lift kit installed with an Air Lift LOW PRESSURE SENSOR qualifies for an additional one (1) year of warranty coverage.  All rules and conditions af the stated warranty apply.
