How do we define the word 'SET'.  
A 'SET' has enough bushings to do the left and right sides of vehicle.
Control arm bushing sets will also include lower & upper positions, if required.

These polyurethane bushings for the Fiero, are all made by Prothane.
 Prothane does not make graphite-impregnated polyurethane.
 The '88 Fiero uses the same front control arm bushings even though the control arm design was changed.

Front sway bar bushings on 1988 Fiero G.T.
Some of the '88 Fiero G.T. cars use a 1-1/8" diameter front sway bar.
Unfortunately, neither Energy Suspension or Prothane will make a small bracket sway bar frame bushing in the 1-1/8" size.
Because the bushing would have an extremely thin side wall.
The only sway bar frame bushings that will work on this application is modified small bracket design #9-5129-G (1.00").
YOU will have to place this bushing and bracket in a drill press vise and drill press to drill out the 1.00" hole to 1-1/8".
You must be very careful to center the drill bit to the 1.00" hole in the bushing.  
Because the side walls will be very thin, it is easy to end up with a hole in the side of the bushing.  
I have successfully drilled out some of these correctly, and I have ruined a few bushings, so be careful.
Use a flat bladed wood boring bit. NO NOT use a fluted bit that you would normally use to drill metal.
You could also us a large round bastard file to enlarge the hole if you want too.
1988 Fiero rear sway bar
22mm #9-5158(greaseable large bracket) or 9-5126(small bracket non-greaseable).  
We are not sure which brackets fits the best.

Correct Sway Bar Endlink Measurement
When ordering a rear sway bar endlink for the '88 Fiero,
please measure the length of the sleeve that separates the grommets,
so we can provide the correct part number.

Correct Torque Strut Identification(Dogbone)
How to identify which dogbone(Engine torque strut rod) you have.
There are 3 different factory dogbones.
1. One has a continuous "rib" around the outside of it, this one will accept polyurethane bushings(7-501),
because the inside area where the bushings go, are relatively smooth and has a straight bore.
2. The other one has smooth circular outer surface and a rib on the center section.
There is a taper inside the area where the bushings fit. The 7-501 polyurethane bushings will not fit the taper.
We have talked to customers who have successfully modified the #7-501 to fit the tapered dogbone.
They modified the bushing by putting a 45 degree chamfer on the inside edge of each bushing.
Since the inside metal surface of the strut is rather irregular, you will need to hand fit until you get it correct.
3. There are at least two different lengths of dogbones.

If anyone has any more information about the fit of these parts please contact us.
Prothane makes these parts.  When we have confronted them with application questions,
concerning design changes during a model year, they say, there were no changes they know of.
Therefore, there is no reason to make any other style dogbone bushings.  
Makes you think they must be politicians, who also make polyurethane bushings.

We are giving this measurement, because this is how Energy Suspension has chosen to give us the weight of each part number.
1 Pound(lb.or #) = 16 ounces(oz.) divided by 10 = 1.6 oz.  
This is not the shipping weight, just the weight of the part.  
To estimate your shipping cost, you should round up to the next pound and usually add about a pound for shipping weight.  
When we ship via UPS(United Parcel Service) we have to round up to the next pound.
  UPS does not accept ounce weight, or increments of tenths.  
We will always weigh your order on an electronic scale and charge you for the exact weight, rounded up to the next pound.  
For USPS(United States Postal Service) shipping we also round up to the next pound.

The prices in the table below represent the cost of shipping a package from our warehouse in
Modesto, California to a residential address in Florida, the furthest point from CA.
UPS will charge extra for some rural addresses.
If your address is in a zone west of the east coast zone(Florida), your cost will be less.
Of course Alaska & Hawaii are exceptions, call us for the rates.
When UPS charges us less to ship to your address, we will charge you less.
If they charge us more than is on the chart below, we charge you more.
We charge you the exact cost of shipping. 
After you have placed your order:
1. We will weigh your order
2. Put the weight and your address into the UPS shipping computer
3. Assign the level of shipping you request
4. Enter the value if it is over $100.00
5. Charge you exactly what the UPS computer says it will cost to ship your order to you.
If you insist on the exact cost of shipping before you place your order,
  and want us to pull the parts, weigh them and enter the information into the UPS computer, before you will place your order,
we will charge you $25.00 for unnecessary busy work.  Have your credit card ready.
It is NOT our goal to make money off of shipping.

Every countries Customs authorities require us to declare the parts we sell to you as merchandise. 
We are required to send a commercial invoice that lists the value of each part ordered.
We will charge you for the value of the parts plus the cost of shipping to you.
We will not show a reduced price on the invoice or declare the parts as gifts or samples.
 You are responsible for all of your countries duties and taxes.
If you want an estimate of the cost of shipping:
1. Add up the total weight of the parts you want to order(the weight is under every part number),
add 1 pound for packaging material.
