Energy Suspension HyperFlex Package Kit
Thinking about changing a bushing? Why not replace them all? Energy Suspension Master Kits include the bushings you need to completely revamp your suspension. Positions and parts vary from vehicle to vehicle, but each package contains the bushings that Energy Suspension offers.
Energy Suspension's Hyperflex polyurethane is a firmer bushing than the O.E. Not only does this increase the longevity of the bushing but gives the suspension a boost in handling performance. With a firmer bushing, there will be a slight increase in NVH (noise, vibration and harshness), but most drivers prefer the boost in performance in spite of that. Replacing the entirety of your suspension bushings maximizes your handling and ensures it stays that way for a long time.
Replacing the Faulty Rubber
O.E. Manufacturer's use of soft rubber bushings when making a car. This is great for dampening noise and vibrations, but not so great for performance or longevity. Once the rubber fails, that quiet and smooth ride will fail as well. Rubber is prone to failure due to wear and tear, UV rays, road grimes, and vehicle oils.
Be sure to use Formula 5
This Package will come with plenty of Energy Suspension's own Formula 5 Bushing Lubricant. Using plenty of grease is the best way to ensure a long lasting part without any squeaking. So be sure to use more than enough lubricant when upgrading your suspension bushings. If you'd like some extra grease just in case, pick up an extra 3 pack or an 8 ounce tube.

I would recommend these for any and all applications! The cornering and control gained was amazing! Great product and I will be a lifetime customer. Currently doing a full restoration on a 1989 motorhome and Energy suspension bushings are high up on the to do list. Thanks again!

The kit is performing great. Install was relatively easy if done before.

This is a good quality kit. It has made a noticeable improvement in the handling of my car. I was expecting a harsher ride, but it is better now than ever. One suggestion to help with the removal of the OEM rubber pieces is to use a 1/4" drill bit to drill out most of the rubber, then press out the center tube from the shell. It was then easy to slice and wire brush the remaining rubber off of the tubes that needed to be reused. I noticed that the rear sway bar bolts were a bit on the short side, and I had to rig up a woodworking clamp to hold everything together to get the nut started. Also, this kit does not include the transmission mount, engine mounts, or the rear axle bump stops. All of which were also in bad shape in my car. In my opinion, the transmission mount should be included in this kit. The torque arm mount piece is included, and bolts to the side of the tailshaft of the transmission. However, if your transmission mount is rotted/torn (as many of these are - weak design from the factory) the rear of your transmission will move around due to the forces torque arm is exerting on it. For the transmission mount and engine mounts, simply order them separately - I just received mine, on a second follow-up order. Now I need to get back under the car and get those installed. For the rear bump stops, order part number 9.9137, then simply slot the holes in the bonded-in steel mounting plate about 0.40" sideways to allow them to bolt in (without having to cut your car). I used a milling machine to make the cuts, but a round file would also work. It would be simple for ES to make an alternate mounting plate with sideways slots that would work great in this application. One final note, If someone is taking the time to install this entire kit, and knowing how long these parts will last, I would suggest using all stainless steel hardware or at a minimum using a heavy chrome plate on all the steel parts, including the parts that get cast in to the urethane.
