BODY MOUNT SETS FOR 58-64 IMPALA
1998:  We asked Energy Suspension to make the body mount set for the 58 - 64 Fullsize Chevrolet cars.
We even gave them some original used rubber bushings and sleeves and a set of brand new rubber bushings with sleeves.
E.S. gave the bushings back to us, and said they could not make the bushings without a car.
So, if anyone has a car they can lend E.S., so they can make the bushings, call us or E.S.
E.S. will install a free body mount set on your car.
Oh, by the way, you will have to deliver the car to San Clemente, CA.
 Here is the rest of the story.
 If I had a nickle for all the people who have said, " I'll take my car to them TOMORROW!!!".
I would be driving a new Corvette.
And that is just the people I have talked to, who live in So-Cal.
2007:  If you guys REALLY want body mounts for your Impalas, get off your bucket seat and deliver a car to E.S.
All they need is a frame and a body.  It could be a beat up 4 door.
You won't see a body mount set until they get a car.
Oh yeah, they will give your car back to you, with a new set of body mounts installed at no charge.
2008: We have concluded that there is not any real interest in body mounts for 1958-64 Impalas,
because no one wants to bring a car to E.S. so they can make the body mounts.
Therefore a rational person would also conclude that there probably is not any interest in these cars,
because if there was really some interest, someone would want to bring there car to E.S. so they could have free set of body mount bushings.
I wonder how many of these cars are still driving around the So-Cal area?  Can we say 1,000's.  With bad body mounts!!
If you could chrome plate body mounts, then we could get someone to deliver a car.
Have we gotten to you yet?
Oh well, what is the next car in line?  A Toyota Prius.  Wait a minute, a Prius?  Are you kidding? 
Sure, we can make bushings for that car, because someone actually delivered a car.
