This is what the PROTHANE press release says about this new bushing:
Costa Mesa, CA. July 8, 1997: Months of engineering and race track testing have gone into this unique, full floating bushing which is designed specifically for Civic and CRX rear trailing arms. The technology allows the polyurethane to become physically bonded to the outer shell while permitting the center shaft to rotate freely like a journal bearing. "Our bonding technology allows us to design a whole new range of performance and replacement bushings that just were not possible before." Say's Rick Sadler, PROTHANE's National Sales Manager. This technique captivates the urethane and allows restrictive flow under load while providing a stable ride. A must for any Honda  that'slowered or raced. The bushing comes ppre lubricatedwith a specially tapered shell for easy installation. The mounting holes are oval which permits adjustments for alignment angles and chassis tuning.

Compare the cost of replacing your trailing arms with Honda factory rubber replacements for approx. $1000.00(parts & labor) to the cost of replacing just the trailing arm bushings for about $500.00(parts & labor) installed in most shops.

Installation Difficulty issue:
You will need a press to install  these Prothane bushings.
All of these Prothane bushing sets will need to pressed into either
the trailing arm, compensator arm or upper control arm.  
That means you will also have to press out the old bushings.  
You cannot burn out the rubber, to install these bushings.

Modesto, California to a residential address in Maine, the furthest point from CA.

If your address is in a zone west of the east coast zone(Maine to Florida), say in the Midwest or on the West Coast, your shipping cost will be less.
Of course Alaska & Hawaii are exceptions, call us for the rates.
When UPS charges us less to ship to your address, we will charge you less.
If they charge us more than is on the chart below, we charge you more.
We charge you the exact cost of shipping.

2. Put the weight and your address into the UPS shipping computer
3. Assign the level of shipping you request, Ground, 1 day, 2 day or 3 day

Every countries Customs authorities require us to declare the parts we sell to you as merchandise.  We are required to send a commercial invoice that lists the value of each part ordered. We will charge you for the value of the parts plus the cost of shipping to you. We will not show a reduced price on the invoice or declare the parts as gifts or samples. You are responsible for all of your countries duties and taxes. If you want to estimate of the cost of shipping: 1. Add up the total weight of the parts you want to order(the weight is under every part number), add 1 pound for packaging material. 2.
