Very satisfied. This inner tie rod end not only came with everything you need....INCLUDING THE DUST BOOT! (which you dont get with most others, and is almost impossible to find a replacement if original is ripped), it was a reasonable price, and fit perfectly. \nIt also got here very quickly, I was hesitant ordering on-line, because I couldnt afford to have the car tied up for a week, waiting for parts to come in. The folks over at Suspension Parts really understand that. The parts arrived early the second day after ordering, and that was with standard shipping, nothing special like over-night or anything. The car was back on the road that evening. That kind of service is important to me, and I have already recommended them to others.\nI recommend them to you too!
