DST Tie Rod Adjusting Sleeve | '84-'90 Ford Bronco II, '83-'97 Ford Ranger
Stay On The Straight & Narrow
Fix that annoying crooked steering wheel and keep your classic Ford's steering on the straight and narrow with a new tie rod sleeve that also makes it easy to keep your alignment in check for the best handling and tire wear. Installing a new tie rod adjusting sleeve from DST on your 1984-1990 Ford Bronco II is an excellent way to make fine tuning your front end alignment easy. Not only will toe angle changes be much smoother with new adjustment sleeves, the fresh hardware and shiny paint will also improve the aesthetics of your truck.
Fix Your Steering Wheel
There are many issues that create a crooked steering wheel for your Ford but thankfully fixing it is relatively easy. Correcting your steering and tie rod ends to center up your steering wheel is a lot faster when you aren't fighting decades of road grime and rust with each turn of the adjustment sleeve. Make it simple to improve your time behind a centered steering wheel with new adjustment sleeves installed on both sides of your Bronco or Ranger's steering.
Long Lasting Tires
Leveling your steering wheel by adjusting the length of each tie rod does more than create an aesthetically pleasing view for the driver. As you change the length of each tie rod you are also changing your front end alignment and toe angle. Changing the toe alignment for your tires may seem trivial but is actually very important for good handling and tire longevity. Extract all of the grip your tires can provide for your Ford, with the handling characteristics you prefer, when you fine tune the direction your front tires point with a new DST tie rod adjusting sleeve.
