Moog fulfills their warranty through their individual dealers. That means that in order to receive warranty support, you will have to refer back to the original dealer you purchased the part from. Be sure to check the dealer's warranty support before you buy the part to make sure that they will properly support the warranty. If a dealer will only refer you back to the manufacturer in order to receive warranty support, then you may not actually have any warranty at all.
Part of our warranty process includes reviewing evidence of the defect provided by the customer. This is easily accomplished by providing video or images of the defective part so our staff can verify the claim and move forward with the warranty process. This removes the necessity of shipping the part back to our facility at the customer's expense.
WARRANTY:
Moog Premium Steering Components carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Moog R-Series Control Arms, Hub Assemblies, and Knuckle Assemblies carry a 3 Year or 36,000 mile Warranty (whichever occurs first). And Moog CV Axles carry a 2 Year Warranty. Above warranties are based on customers who own a car, van, SUV or light truck (less than 8,000 lbs. or 3,625 kilograms).
Moog warranties their parts to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during these timeframes as measured from the date of purchase.
If a Moog part should fail due to materials or manufacturing defect while under warranty, we will provide a replacement of the part upon return of the defective part.

30.16mm Front Sway Bar Bushings with Synthetic Fabric Lining 84-89 Bronco II | 75-91 E-250 Econoline | 80-96 F-250
These 30.16mm (1.19in) Front Sway Bar Bushings fit several years models of the Bronco II, E-150, E-250, and E-350 Econoline's and the F-250, F-350, plus others. The PTFE synthetic fabric lined inner diameter of these front sway bar bushings will provide a longer lasting replacement than original equipment (OE) sway bar bushings. They also eliminate the squeaking that comes with age and wear, are easily installed, and provides a stable grip on your sway bar.
Worn Sway Bar Bushings
The front sway bar connects the driver and passenger side wheels of your Ford and tries to keep the wheels level with each other during a hard turn. Like most OE bushings those on your truck or van are made of rubber since it absorbs vibrations and is cheap to make. The downside is that the friction between the front sway bar and the rubber inner diameter of the front sway bar bushings will begin to wear the bushing down, causing gaping and allowing the sway bar to move around causing squeaking and an increase in body roll during a turn. Effects of Bad Sway Bar Bushings
If you're already noticing some squeaking from the front sway bar area then you can check for a gap between the bar and the bushings. If a gap exists then the sway bar is not only free to move up and down, but slide through the hollowed out sway bar bushings, which will increase your body roll. The solution to this problem is a tougher material on the inner diameter that can handle bouncy Texas pasture driving or the constant turning of Dallas city blocks.
Moog has manufactured just such a solution to easily worn sway bar bushings with their 30.16mm front sway bar bushings with PTFE synthetic fabric lining.
The Newer Tougher Bushing
The new PTFE synthetic fabric lining creates a tough barrier between the sway bar and the sway bar bushings, reducing the wear that the friction of turning causes. This allows these front sway bar bushings to last 3 times longer than the original bushings, dramatically increasing the time between necessary replacements. More durability means these bushings hold the sway bar securely, giving you better-turning performance and less body roll. The lining also eliminates the annoying squeaking that can develop as OE bushings age.
Moog's Problem Solver sway bar bushings are split along the side for an easy install that can be completed in your own garage or driveway with a simple socket set. Merely remove the bracket and OE bushing, slip the new sway bar bushing over the bar, and bolt the bracket back down.
