Labor claims, time loss, or freight charges will not be honored.

Energy Suspension HyperFlex Body to Frame Mount Bushings
Energy Suspension's Hyperflex polyurethane is a stronger material for a body to frame mount bushing. Polyurethane is able to handle the constant beating a body mount takes and is not vulnerable to road grime or UV rays. With Energy Suspension's body mounts, you can protect your body to frame attachment, and your smooth ride, for years to come.
Replacing the Faulty Rubber
O.E. Manufacturer's use soft rubber body mounts to attach a body and frame. Over time these bushings deteriorate due to wear and tear, UV rays or road grime. Once the rubber starts to fail, the attachment point is compromised and the bushing can literally just fall off. Without body to frame mount bushings, the smooth connection between your body and frame is gone and your smooth ride is gone with it. Now bumps and potholes will really put your seatbelt to work.

Worst service ever over priced junk ended up having to order a new set from another company I tried to contact suspension.com and demand a refund I paid 87$usd plus shipping to Canada it was like 150-160 Canadian then got to the boarder cost another 120$ in duty to find out they were junk and softer then my old ones ! Do not order , if suspension .com wants to resolve this you can contact me Editors Notes: DST has no control over the money exchange rate between US dollar and Canadian Money. When you order this it in US dollars. When you get your card statement it shows Canadian dollars. Energy kits are made in California and with NAFTA in effect there should not be any kind or duty charge. Concerning the kit 3.4116 being softer than the OEM mounts. Energy body mounts are 60-65 durometer. Rubber is is 55-60. Rubber mounts do get hard over time and it is possible the Energy poly urethane mounts could be softer than the hard OEM. I did try to contact customer and 2 weeks later no response.

Need to get shims, body to bed not level. Editors Note: When installing body mounts You would need reuse all the body shims that were installed from the manufacturer. If not reused this could cause the cab and bed to be misaligned.

- Energy cab mount kit 3.4116 does not include the hardware. You would reuse your OEM hardware or purchase new hardware.

- I purchased part #3.4116r but bushing doesn't fit in frame mount. Is this normal do I need to enlarge hole?

- No that is not normal. The OEM mount may have a metal ring that went around it that may have rusted to the frame bracket. You should not have to modify the OEM frame bracket in any way.

- At this time none of our body mount bushing kits for your truck come with hardware.
