Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Body Mount Bushing Kits

Prothane's precision-engineered polyurethane body mount bushings for your 1999-2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 are a direct replacement for your factory mounts. Body Mount Bushings are designed to isolate the cab from chassis noise and vibrations, these damped vibrations give you and your passengers a smooth ride. At DST we want you to be able to get your Silverado back on the road quickly and confidently, which is why we personally stand behind Prothane's Lifetime Warranty.

The Problem

As OE bushings break down, they become less effective at isolating noises and worn body mounts can even cause the body to shift on the frame and increase body roll. Not only will Prothane's polyurethane bushings not break down over time but they can take the beating of hard work and extra miles your sure to put your Silverado through.

You might be asking yourself, 'How can I tell if my body mount bushings are worn?' Well, there are some obvious signs we can warn you of, like misaligned cab and bed or doors. If your doors are misaligned you might have noticed that your doors are not shutting properly and it is taking more force to close them. Now misalignment between your cab and bed may not be as easily noticeable and you might be thinking, 'No big deal', but this misalignment could put your frame in a bind and cause other things to start failing.

The Solution

The nice thing about Prothane's polyurethane bushings is that they will never need to be replaced; they won’t break down over time and exposure to the elements like the original rubber bushings. Polyurethane bushings will also hold the body to frame alignment better than rubber. So leave those worries, of body roll, a shifting cab and annoying noises behind you with Prothane's polyurethane body mount bushings.
