Had trouble looking for this and found them here with instructions, its hard to do if u dont know what u doing but u learn as u go its not hard after the 4th one youll see it only get easier and easier.... thank suspension.com you guys came thru.

Great kit. I looked in all the usual online and local parts places with no luck finding the parts for my 2003 Explorer Sport with 225,000 miles. I didnt see instructions on the site but when I contacted the online help desk the nice lady sent me a link to the pdf file with great instructions. Took me a while to install the bushings because of the crappy weather and my aversion to working on cold, wet driveway. After the weather improved I knocked it out in a couple of days (a young person could do it quicker but Im 79). Tip = a good heat gun works wonders on an 18-year-old thread-lock.

Saved my 2001 Explorer Sport with only 150K mi. Took it to a local mechanic I had dealt with for years. Four and a half hours later and two inches in height taller it felt like new. He had just purchased a new rack with a smaller lift built in. They were able to lift the whole cab straight up all at once to install the new bushings. Do your self a favor and let professionals with the right equipment do the job if you can afford it. Good for 150K more.
