Moog fulfills their warranty through their individual dealers. That means that in order to receive warranty support, you will have to refer back to the original dealer you purchased the part from. Be sure to check the dealer's warranty support before you buy the part to make sure that they will properly support the warranty. If a dealer will only refer you back to the manufacturer in order to receive warranty support, then you may not actually have any warranty at all.
Part of our warranty process includes reviewing evidence of the defect provided by the customer. This is easily accomplished by providing video or images of the defective part so our staff can verify the claim and move forward with the warranty process. This removes the necessity of shipping the part back to our facility at the customer's expense.
WARRANTY:
Moog Premium Steering Components carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Moog R-Series Control Arms, Hub Assemblies, and Knuckle Assemblies carry a 3 Year or 36,000 mile Warranty (whichever occurs first). And Moog CV Axles carry a 2 Year Warranty. Above warranties are based on customers who own a car, van, SUV or light truck (less than 8,000 lbs. or 3,625 kilograms).
Moog warranties their parts to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during these timeframes as measured from the date of purchase.
If a Moog part should fail due to materials or manufacturing defect while under warranty, we will provide a replacement of the part upon return of the defective part.
Limited to ONE replacement during guarantee period
Wearable RUBBER parts are not covered under warranty (Dust boots, bushings, bump stops, etc.)
Moog Coil Spring Isolators
Primarily designed to eliminate the vibrations and noise created by driving over uneven surfaces, coil springs come standard on almost every vehicle today. Another key component to this system is the coil spring isolators. While the coil springs take the edge off of the most intense bumps and vibrations, coil spring isolators are made to smooth out what's left. Additionally, coil spring isolators are used to protect the control arms from impacting the coil spring. OE isolators are usually made out of rubber. While rubber is good at absorbing vibrations, it doesn't last long against the constantly shifting weight and pressure.
OEM Distorts, Moog Restores
Moog's coil spring isolators are made of high-quality rubber. These isolators will restore your coil spring operation to like new status with the same comfort and isolation as the OE. The OE isolator can crush or warp until the coil spring is not properly aligned. Look to Moog when restoring your coil spring setup.

They should at least come with new nuts at this price point so beware of that. I torqued to factory spec and had no issues. The only reason for the 4 star is because it didnt come with nuts otherwise it would have been 5.

Kit appears to be good quality and a great fit. Just disappointed that it didnt come with nuts and washers. Its also a thicker stud than the OEM so you cant reuse your hardware.

Good looking product out of the box. Great fit. Unhappy with 2 things. 1st it did not come with nuts and thread size was different than factory so had to run down some nuts (metric). I would have paid 5 bucks more to get 6 metric nuts and washers with the kit. 2nd one of the studs twisted off while tightening with hand ratchet. Had to disassemble and tig back to ring. Had stuff to do it just a little disappointed. I thought buying Moog would get great quality.

- Unfortunately, Moog does not make the upper nor lowers coil spring seat fitted for your vehicle. The part K160015 only fits the Dodge Ram 2500 2010 will not fit a Chevy Silverado 2500HD 2011. I do apologize for this inconvenience. As a dealer of Moog g and other brands, the only option we have is universal coil springs seat that is made out of polyurethane and is based on measurements.
