Moog fulfills their warranty through their individual dealers. That means that in order to receive warranty support, you will have to refer back to the original dealer you purchased the part from. Be sure to check the dealer's warranty support before you buy the part to make sure that they will properly support the warranty. If a dealer will only refer you back to the manufacturer in order to receive warranty support, then you may not actually have any warranty at all.
Moog Premium Steering Components carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Moog R-Series Control Arms, Hub Assemblies, and Strut Assemblies carry a 3 Year Warranty.
Moog warranties their parts to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during these timeframes as measured from the date of purchase.
If a Moog part should fail due to materials or manufacturing defect while under warranty, we will provide a replacement of the part upon return of the defective part.

The Problem:I need to adjust the camber or caster on the front lower ball joint but provisions do not allow for it
The OE front lower ball joint of the Chrysler 300, Challenger, Charger, and Magnum was not designed with provisions that allow for caster/camber adjustments to be made when your vehicle needs an adjustment Also, the OE design is not serviceable (meaning it cannot be greased) and contaminants can cause premature wear due to corrosion. If the front lower ball joint becomes bad enough and you need to replace it, you cannot. The OE replacement is only available as a part of an assembly with the knuckle. Basically, if the OE front lower ball joint needs work, it cannot be done, it along with the steering knuckle have to be replaced. - Install the ball joint in the spindle. Attach lower control arm to the tapered stud. Do not tighten the nut yet. Take out the oversize grease zerk and use an allen wrench or bit to adjust the camber.
- What is the orientation of the offset for pressing in the new ball joint..offset toward engine..towards wheel..etc
- Repair Procedure: Remove and replace the non-adjustable upper ball joint with a MOOG� Problem Solver adjustable ball joint. In many cases, the ball joints are pressed into the steering knuckle or control arm and are difficult to remove and install, , especially with age. Many technicians beat and hammer the ball joints out and back in. This is very time-consuming and can damage the steering knuckle and the new ball joint.
