These dust boots seem to be a very high quality product and very easy to install, however, the easy installation means that you do not re-use the original circle clips to keep the grease inside the ball joint. I did pack the new boot with grease before installing boot and after a small trip, there was grease all around the ball joint. This tells me that road grit and water can get into the joint as easy as the grease can get out. I will keep checking the boots for a while to see how they hold up.
