Wanted something reliable & cost effective to remove the lurching of my R53 drivetrain. This along with the other motor mount inserts cure the problem without harshness & vibration. The combination of the inserts provided a nice connected feeling with the car. A feeling like holding the handle bars on a sport-bike.
