I purchased part number trc0003 and the holes did not line up perfectly to the bolts so I had to shove them through. As I did this it sheared the threads on one of the bolts. Can I get a replacement bolt for it?

Unfortunately we do not sell the bolts separately for part number trc0003.

Could I buy just the right side locator.

Unforantly no, you will have to buy the whole set again.

Will the TRC0003 ball joint fit the 2012 Beetle control arm?

The part TRC0003 ball joint is fitted for VW sub models Caddy, EOS, Golf, Jetta, Rabbit, Scirocco, Tiguan, and Touran https://www.suspension.com/trc0003#fitment. Will not fit a VW Beetle.
